AVG Firewall cannot start because an error has occurred in communation with a driver

I would recommend you to the solution as below. Please navigate to your Operating system.

1. Download the AVG service utility from this location to your computer

- Please do not restart your computer at this point, and perform the repair AVG installation this way:

2. Download the latest installation file from this webpage:

http://www.avg.com/download

- When you are prompted, please do not open this file directly from the Internet, but click the “Save” button and choose a location, where the installation file should be stored. i recommend saving the file to the “Desktop”.

3. Locate the downloaded AVG installation file (it has a four color square icon and its name starts with AVG_…) and launch it.
- Choose the “Repair installation” option and follow the wizard.

- When finished, please restart the computer.
