AVG Update Failed

Hi, In most cases of AVG updated failed could be due to old updates files or internet connection issue. If your AVG happens to have this issue, the steps as below may just help.
* Please check your computer system date and time is correct
Please open the settings of “Update Manager” component:
- Open the AVG User Interface (for example by clicking on the AVG icon on your desktop).
- Choose “Advanced settings” from the “Tools” menu.
- Select the “Manage” tab and click on the “Delete temporary update files” button.
-Update AVG now.
- Proceed as below if the issue perist. Below is the steps to perform manual update.
1. Kindly proceed to the link below:
http://www.avg.com/my-en/download-update
- Now select the file says Windows: 9.0.XXX, “All necessary modules”
- Save the file on your Desktop.
2. Please open your AVG User Interface
- Select “Tools” from the top tab and click on “Update from Directory…”
- Choose the location you have previously saved the above downloaded file and click on it.
- Now please finish the update.
