Configuring Linksys print Server WPSM54G (multi-function Printer)

1) when setup a computer: if the installation stuck in the middle or if got any error message

2) open the LPR port

-click on control panel, click on printers

-select on add a printer and then next,

-select local printer and next

-Select Create a new port then under Type of port select Standard TCP/IP Port and then click Next.

-Look under Printer Name or IP Address and enter the IP address of the Print Server then click Next

-Select Custom, then click Settings.

-Look under Protocol and select LPR.

-enter queue name: LP1 and click next

3) Install the printer driver by selecting the appropriate manufacturer and model of your printer.

4) Print a test page and click Finish.

Note:

- but if u a getting the error LINKSYS USB ROOTHUB error, uninstall the LINKSYS USB ROOTHUB device under the system devices in device manager

-Download the LINKSYS USB ROOTHUB driver and install it.
