NOTE : This session only be offered due to severity of the issue you facing as i still preferred E-mail Support.
In case you already given a Case ID#, You will be connected to me via online without installing any software. Please provide me the unique Case ID #. If required, I will use TeamViewer application to remotely access your computer to see the issue myself and try my best to fix the issue. You will have to follow the instructions below in order for me to connect to your computer.
First of all, get a Case ID#, Request via “Contact Me”
Please click here to download Team viewer application.
- Click “Save File” ( I recommend you to save to “Desktop”)
- Please launch the file (Team ViewerQS) and click ” Run”
1. Now you will have ID # and Password.
2. Email me your ID # and Password.
* Please Remember you Case Number. (will be helpful to recognize your issue)
3. Once I have finished solving your computer Issue, you can close TeamViewer and delete it if you want to. Rest assured that I wont be able to re-connect to your computer after you’ve closed TeamViewer QuickSupport. Even if you run it the next time, the ID & password (credentials) will be different.
4. If you couldn’t catch me online, you can send me and email your regarding your computer issue. I am sure you will get reply soon.
