Live Support

You will be connected to me via online without installing any software. Please provide me the unique Case ID #. If required, I will use TeamViewer application to
remotely access your computer to see the issue myself and try my best to fix the issue. You will have to follow the instructions below in order for me to connect
to your computer.
First of all, get a Case ID#, click on “Contact Me” for more details.
Please click here to download Team viewer application.
- Click “Save File” ( I recommend you to save to “Desktop”)
- please launch the file (Team ViewerQS) and click ” Run”
1. Now you will have ID # and Password.
2. Email me your ID # and Password.
* Please Remember you Case Number.
(will be helpful to recognize your issue)

3. Once I have finished solving your computer Issue, you can close TeamViewer and delete it if you want to. Rest assured that I wont be able to re-connect to
your computer after you’ve closed TeamViewer QuickSupport. Even if you run it the next time, the ID & password (credentials) will be different.
4. If you couldn’t catch me online, you can send me and email your regarding your computer issue. I am sure you will get reply soon.

 This live remote session is only offered due to severity of the technical issue that you’re facing with and you must set an appointment with me. If you’ve not set an appointment or requested support via email,  please Contact Me and I’ll reply to your email as soon as possible.

This Team Viewer remote tool allows me to remotely connect to your computer and hopefully resolve the reported issue. You will be able to observe all the actions taken on your computer during the whole session and you can choose to terminate the session at any time. During the session you will also have access to an Instant Message tool that will allow you to communicate with me.

At the appointed time, you will need to download Team viewer remote tool and they can be found at the following link:

Windows OS (Xp, Vista, 7 etc)

Mac OS X

Linux Debian, Ubuntu (32-Bit)

Linux Debian, Ubuntu (64-Bit)

- Click “Save File” on your Desktop or “Run” if you don’t have the “Save File” option.
- Please launch or execute the tool  (Team ViewerQS) and click ” Run”
- Now you will have an ID number and Password.

 

Next, please reply my email with your ID number and password. Once I’ve obtained those credentials, you must then then stay on line whilst I try and sort out your technical issue.

Once I’ve finished troubleshooting your technical issue, you can close the Team Viewer remote tool and delete it rest assured that I wont be able to re-connect to your computer.
