This live remote session is only offered due to severity of the technical issue that you’re facing with and you must set an appointment with me. If you’ve not set an appointment or requested support via email, please Contact Me and I’ll reply to your email as soon as possible.
This Team Viewer remote tool allows me to remotely connect to your computer and hopefully resolve the reported issue. You will be able to observe all the actions taken on your computer during the whole session and you can choose to terminate the session at any time. During the session you will also have access to an Instant Message tool that will allow you to communicate with me.
At the appointed time, you will need to download Team viewer remote tool and they can be found at the following link:
- Click “Save File” on your Desktop or “Run” if you don’t have the “Save File” option.
- Please launch or execute the tool (Team ViewerQS) and click ” Run”
- Now you will have an ID number and Password.
Next, please reply my email with your ID number and password. Once I’ve obtained those credentials, you must then then stay on line whilst I try and sort out your technical issue.
Once I’ve finished troubleshooting your technical issue, you can close the Team Viewer remote tool and delete it rest assured that I wont be able to re-connect to your computer.
